Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 handful of raspberries
- 1 handful of gooseberries
- 1 handful of currants
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 banana(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Yogurt with refreshing fruits
First, puree the berries with the banana until smooth. Then add the yogurt and honey and blend again. Those who prefer a sweeter flavor can add more honey. Now pour the yogurt into a bowl and garnish with a few berries.
