Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 avocado(s), very ripe
- 150 g blueberries (blueberries)
- 3 tbsp oat flakes
- e.g. milk (oat or soy milk)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- possibly water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Suitable for SiS, vegetarian
Soak the oats in oat milk or a little water. Halve the avocado and scoop out the flesh from the skins with a spoon. Puree the avocado pieces with a squeeze of lemon (this works best with an immersion blender). Then add 150 ml of oat milk and blend again. If the consistency is too thick, add a little more oat milk (depending on the size and ripeness of the avocado). Season with honey, stir in the oats, and finally, carefully mix the blueberries into the mixture. Sprinkle the nuts on top. If you don’t make SiS, you can also use regular milk or buttermilk. Currants are also a delicious alternative.
