Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g natural yogurt 0.1% fat
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 150 g berries, fresh or frozen (e.g. blueberries, strawberries, currants, also cherries)
  • 1 tbsp honey or diet sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Pour the berries into a bowl and blend until smooth. Add the yogurt, 3/4 of the tablespoon of desiccated coconut, and the honey, and mix well (do not over-blend!). Pour into molds and freeze for about 2 hours, extending the freezing time if necessary. Serve garnished with one or two berries and the remaining desiccated coconut. A delicious dessert for hot summer days, and a great way to keep your figure healthy! (new) ww-pp = 2 per serving.
