Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 120 g sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 sheet of gelatin

Quarter the strawberries and puree them with sugar and lemon juice. Soak the gelatin in cold water. Heat the 100 ml of water and dissolve the well-squeezed gelatin in it. Add a little of the strawberry puree and then stir everything into the remaining strawberry puree. Strain the strawberry puree through a sieve and freeze in an ice cream maker. For a dessert variation, this recipe makes 12 servings.
