Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 beet(s) , (sugar beet)
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • 1 shot of oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

roasted sugar beet

Peel and slice the sugar beet into 3-4cm thick slices, then cut into thin strips. Add the strips to a pan and fry with a splash of oil until golden brown and beginning to foam. Pour over the freshly squeezed lemon juice and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve the o’bruazelte ribs warm.
