Zucchini and mushroom pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g zucchini
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Slice the zucchini and mushrooms. Finely dice the onion and garlic and brown them in oil. Add the mushrooms and zucchini and fry for about 15 minutes until al dente. Season with salt and pepper, and finally add the parsley.
