Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 small jar of capers
- 2 small gherkins
- 1 small bunch of chives
- 1 small bunch of parsley
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 g low-fat yogurt
- some milk
- some vinegar

Light remoulade without mayonnaise and oil
Finely chop the capers, cucumber, chives, and parsley and place them in a bowl with the quark and yogurt. Season to taste with a little sugar and pepper. Add a little milk for the desired consistency. Then, adjust the remoulade with a little vinegar and/or cucumber water for a slightly acidic flavor. Let the sauce simmer for a while. If you calculate the amount for 4 people, each serving will have the specified calorie count.
