Egg curd with radish sprouts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 2 tbsp oil, linseed oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g sprouts (radish sprouts)
  • herbal salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the low-fat quark with herb salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of linseed oil. Finely dice the hard-boiled eggs and mix in with 100g of chopped radish sprouts. Serve with boiled potatoes.
