- 150 g low-fat curd cheese
- 150 g cheese, grated
- 150 g basil pesto, homemade or from a jar
- 2 m.-sized eggs

Mix the quark with the cheese, eggs, and pesto until smooth, spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake at 180°C fan-assisted oven or 200°C conventional oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool slightly, then shape into the desired shape, roll, fold, and cut… It’s really child’s play! If you like it a little crispier, you can also place small blobs on the baking sheet; this will help the individual “cookies” bake more evenly. Warning: Very fatty and high in calories, but low in carbohydrates, making them suitable for a low-carb diet. Check the carbohydrate content of the pesto.
