Pumpkin with apple filling and crumble

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small Hokkaido pumpkin(s)
  • 1 small apple, preferably Boskop
  • 25 g wheat flour
  • 25 g oat flakes
  • 25 g butter
  • 25 g sugar
  • some cinnamon powder
  • Oil for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Halve a small Hokkaido pumpkin and remove the seeds. Peel and finely dice the apple, then press it into the hollowed-out pumpkin. For the crumble, combine the flour with the oats, butter, sugar, and cinnamon powder. Spread the crumble on the filled Hokkaido pumpkin and place it in a small, lightly oiled baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
