Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 broccoli
- 1 small onion(s)
- ¾ cup cream
- 2 waxy potatoes
- nutmeg
- Caraway powder
- salt and pepper
- 800 ml vegetable stock
- Butter for frying

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
simple, cheap, quick and very tasty
Finely chop the onion and sauté in butter, then add the diced potatoes a little later. Add the vegetable stock. Separate the finely chopped broccoli heads and add them. Bring everything to a boil and simmer for about 20-25 minutes, until softened. Meanwhile, add the nutmeg and caraway seeds. Purée the soup finely, season with pepper and stir in the cream, then bring back to a boil briefly. Season and add salt to taste, if desired. These ingredients serve 4-6 people as an appetizer; as a main course, they serve 2 people with bread.
