Pork fillet in mustard and onion cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pork fillet(s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Cut the pork fillet into thin slices and fry in a pan with a little margarine. Once the meat is seared, brush it with a little mustard and add the diced onions. Cook in the pan for about 5 minutes. When the meat is cooked through and the onions are translucent, add the cream. Simmer gently and add the mustard to taste. Season with salt and pepper. Do not overheat, or the cream will curdle. Rice or baguette works best with this dish.
