Banana, apple, and cinnamon porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk, 1.5%
  • ½ banana(s), mashed
  • 50 g oat flakes, fine
  • ½ apple, cut into pieces
  • Cinnamon powder

First, pour the milk into a saucepan and heat gently. Meanwhile, peel the banana, mash it with a fork, and add it to the milk. Stir well to distribute the banana throughout the milk. Once the milk is warm, add the oats and let it swell over low heat for about 8 minutes, until the porridge reaches the desired consistency. Stir occasionally. Now, chop the apple into small pieces. In a bowl, combine the porridge with the apple pieces and season with cinnamon.
