Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 25 g dark chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First things first: One cup is approximately 250 ml. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Mash the banana with a fork. First, mix in the applesauce and cinnamon, then the oats and flaxseeds. Chop the chocolate and add it. Add nuts, raisins, etc., if desired. Divide the dough into approximately 12 portions onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and flatten with a fork. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for approximately 10 minutes.
