Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour, of your choice
- 100 g bran (wheat)
- ½ package of dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar (for the yeast)
- 20 sweetener tablets
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- possibly raisins if required
- n. B. water

very low in calories, fat-free, vegan, lactose-free – and delicious!
Place the flour, wheat bran, dried yeast, cocoa powder, and sugar in a large bowl and mix well. Meanwhile, dissolve the sweetener tablets in hot water and pour them over the flour mixture. Top up the mixture with water and knead until a soft dough forms. Then let the dough rise in a warm place (e.g., on the radiator, in the sun, or in the oven at 50°C), kneading occasionally. Let rise for at least 2 hours. Line a baking tray with paper and divide the dough into 80 cookie bites. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven). Makes 80 cookies. Tip: Decorate with raisins if desired, but they will turn quite black during baking. If you like, you can of course also stir raisins into the dough beforehand. But be careful: they are very high in calories!
