Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 zucchini
- 1 pack of bacon (slices)
- 1 cup cream cheese
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the zucchini lengthwise into thin slices and fry them in a little oil on both sides. Place the zucchini slices side by side on a plate. Fry the bacon until crispy on both sides. It shouldn’t be completely hard. Place the bacon lengthwise on the zucchini slices. Place a teaspoon of cream cheese on the front of the bacon. Roll the whole thing up lengthwise and secure with a toothpick. You can use regular cream cheese or herb-flavored cream cheese.
