Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 70 g oat flour, possibly gluten-free
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 ml milk
- 2 tsp rice syrup
- 1 tsp glucose
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla from the mill
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 1 shot of carbonated mineral water
- Coconut oil or other fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients together and let the batter rest for a moment. Fry the pancakes in batches in a little fat (e.g., coconut oil).
