Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 g spelt flour
- 100 ml milk
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fruits of your choice and season
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix together low-fat quark, flour, milk, eggs, salt, and sugar. Add oil (not all at once!) to a nonstick pan and heat. Fry the batter in batches in the pan until golden brown. Top with fruit of your choice. This amount makes about 10 pancakes.
