Tofu with kohlrabi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 large slices of tofu
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • some wheat flour
  • 1 large kohlrabi
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tomato(s) for garnishing
  • 1 pinch of chia seeds for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Coat the tofu pieces in soy sauce and then in flour. Cut the kohlrabi into small pieces. Chop the spring onion and cook it with the kohlrabi in salted water until tender. Fry the tofu in a pan. Serve the tofu slices with tomato pieces and kohlrabi and sprinkle with chia seeds.
