Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 heads of cauliflower
- 2 cloves garlic
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the cauliflower in salted water until it’s al dente. Add a little olive oil to the pan and fry the peeled garlic, pressed through a press. Then add the cauliflower and sizzle gently on low heat. How dark you want it is up to you. I like it very dark. You can eat the cauliflower as a side dish or on its own.
