Gorgonzola and pear on sweet potato slices

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 100g Gorgonzola
  • 1 handful of thyme
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Finger food

Wash the sweet potatoes and cut into approximately 0.5 cm thick slices. Brush generously with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Remove, turn, brush with olive oil, and bake for another 15 minutes. In the meantime, cut the pear into thin wedges and the cheese into slices. Halve or roughly chop the walnuts. To serve: Remove the potato slices from the oven and let them cool. Spread with cheese and garnish with a few pear slices, walnuts, and thyme. Drizzle with olive oil and serve. Note: We think these slices are salty enough because of the cheese. You can, of course, add more salt.
