Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g oat flakes, fine
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 200 g white chocolate shavings
- 100 g almond flakes
- 100 g coconut chips

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes
with coconut chips topping
Finely grind the oats in a blender or similar device (e.g., Moulinette/Thermomix/…) and mix with the desiccated coconut, chocolate chips, and sliced (and slightly chopped) almonds. Empty the oatmeal mix into a storage container. Separately, add the coconut chips as a topping. To prepare, stir 50g of the mixture into 200ml of milk (or coconut or almond milk) and microwave for about three minutes. Stir occasionally if necessary. Then stir thoroughly again and let stand for one minute. Sprinkle with coconut chips and enjoy.
