Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 bunch wild garlic, fresh
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash and finely chop the wild garlic. Stir it with quark, yogurt, and olive oil until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Then let it sit, covered, for 15 minutes.
