Wild garlic – mustard – butter

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 1 handful of wild garlic, fresh, washed and freed from the stalk
  • ½ bunch parsley, washed
  • 1 ½ tbsp mustard, semi-coarsely ground
  • some salt
  • some black pepper, freshly ground
  • ½ tsp vegetable stock, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with grilled meat or simply on bread

First, cut the wild garlic leaves into strips, then place everything into a measuring jug and blend with a hand blender. Transfer to a bowl and serve. Tip: Freezes very well, although the mustard’s flavor will be somewhat lost.
