Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 2 mozzarella
  • 5 stalks of basil
  • 5 sprigs of oregano
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
  • some peppercorns, pink
  • some salt and pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and then slice them. Drain the mozzarella well and slice it as well. Wash the basil and oregano, spin dry, and pick off the leaves. Finely slice the basil leaves and roughly chop the oregano. Now make a vinaigrette from olive oil, balsamic vinegar, white pepper, and salt. Arrange the tomatoes and mozzarella on plates, scatter the oregano and basil evenly over the top, and drizzle with the vinaigrette. Top everything with some pink peppercorns and serve immediately.
