Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large tomato(s)
- ½ large onion(s)
- 2 spring onions
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1 pack of herder’s cheese, cubed
- 250g spaghetti
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions and drain. Dice the tomato, leek, and onion and sauté in a large pan with olive oil. Crush the garlic cloves and add them. Add the feta cheese cubes and oil (tip: Lidl feta cheese cubes with paprika) and season to taste. Add the spaghetti, fry lightly, and season again to taste.
