Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 onion(s), red chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • some salt
  • some pepper, freshly ground
  • possibly sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Dressing for iceberg lettuce with tomatoes, cucumber and red pepper

Peel and chop the onion. Combine the olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped onion, honey, and lemon juice, and mix everything well. Variation: If you like, you can add a little sour cream. Season to taste and serve.
