Yoghurt – crème fraîche – dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 tsp crème fraîche
  • olive oil
  • Pumpkin seed oil (pumpkin seed oil)
  • Vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Mustard, medium hot
  • Chives or other herbs as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whisk the yogurt and crème fraîche until creamy and add the remaining ingredients (amount to taste). Tip: I personally prefer this dressing with cucumber salad, iceberg lettuce, or various mixed salads, but it also goes very well with pasta salad.
