Banana puree – cream – dessert

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized banana(s)
  • 1 m.-sized orange(s)
  • 20 g sugar, (or nB)
  • 200 g crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 200 g cream
  • 75 g sugar, (or nB)
  • lots of cinnamon, for dusting

For the banana puree, peel the bananas, tear them into pieces, and place them in a bowl. Squeeze the orange juice, add the juice to the banana pieces, mash them, and season with sugar. Depending on the ripeness of the bananas, you may need more or less sugar. Divide the banana puree between glasses and set aside. For the cream layer, stir the crème fraîche or sour cream with the sugar until smooth, whip the cream until stiff, and carefully fold it in. Divide the cream mixture between the glasses over the puree and dust with cinnamon just before serving. Tip: If you prefer a lighter dish, you can use low-fat quark or yogurt instead of the crème fraîche.
