- 2 tbsp, heaped chia seeds
- 200 ml almond milk (almond drink), sweetened
- 125 g raspberries
- 1 tsp xylitol (sugar substitute) , nB
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes
low carb, dairy-free, sugar-free, also suitable for breakfast
Stir the chia seeds into the almond milk. Let it sit for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the Xucker and raspberries and blend with a hand blender.
