Blueberry hash brown on yogurt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 2 ½ tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tsp sweet lupin meal
  • 1 small piece(s) of butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon sugar
  • 75 g blueberries, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

warm meets cold

Heat some butter in a small nonstick pan and fry the oats and sweet lupine meal over medium heat until the oats have taken on some color. Now add the blueberries and a pinch of cinnamon sugar and fry everything for a while longer until the blueberries are nice and glossy and the juices start to run. Pour well-chilled yogurt into a deep plate and spoon the warm blueberry hash brown over it. Perfect for breakfast or as a quick snack.
