Mushroom scrambled eggs

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g mushrooms, brown
  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 3 tbsp milk, 3.8% fat
  • n. B. herbs, mixed, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the mushrooms, grate them if desired, and slice them. Whisk the eggs with the milk. Stir in the herbs and season the egg mixture with salt and pepper. Briefly fry the mushrooms in a large pan in hot oil. Add the herb and egg mixture and let it set briefly in the pan. Then stir gently until the egg mixture is firm. Serve immediately. 280 kcal per serving.
