Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potato(s), waxy
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp herbs de Provence
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp goat’s cheese
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp sea salt, fine

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cut into wedges or wedges, toss with oil and 1/2 tablespoon of herbs, and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Mix the yogurt with the cream cheese and mayonnaise and season with mustard, the remaining herbs, salt, and pepper. Season the potato wedges with sea salt and serve with the yogurt dip. 312 kcal per serving.
