Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 16 g protein powder
- 120 g water
- ¾ tsp turmeric powder, approx. 1 g
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 pinch of nutmeg, freshly grated
- 30 g red bell pepper(s), diced
- 30 g peas, frozen
- 30 g corn, from the can
- e.g. parsley or chives for garnishing
- Fat for frying or oil
Instructions

Briefly blend the egg white powder, water, turmeric powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg with an immersion blender. Heat a generous amount of fat or oil in a suitable pan, add the mixture, and let it set. Sprinkle with the vegetables, pressing a little into the egg mixture with a fork if necessary. Reduce the heat and cover until cooked through. Remove the finished omelet, sprinkle with parsley or chives, fold, and enjoy. Approx. 112 kcal per serving.
