Vegetable omelet made from protein powder

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 16 g protein powder
  • 120 g water
  • ¾ tsp turmeric powder, approx. 1 g
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 30 g red bell pepper(s), diced
  • 30 g peas, frozen
  • 30 g corn, from the can
  • e.g. parsley or chives for garnishing
  • Fat for frying or oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Briefly blend the egg white powder, water, turmeric powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg with an immersion blender. Heat a generous amount of fat or oil in a suitable pan, add the mixture, and let it set. Sprinkle with the vegetables, pressing a little into the egg mixture with a fork if necessary. Reduce the heat and cover until cooked through. Remove the finished omelet, sprinkle with parsley or chives, fold, and enjoy. Approx. 112 kcal per serving.
