Healthy breakfast with berries and yogurt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 5 tbsp organic yogurt
  • some raspberries, fresh
  • some blueberries, fresh
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds, hulled
  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts
  • Walnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Wash, core, and slice the apple. Peel and slice the banana. Then add the yogurt and everything else, one by one; the order doesn’t matter. Soak the walnuts the night before so they’re easier to digest. This breakfast will get you through the day for hours.
