Vegan cereal breakfast with chia seeds, fruit and hazelnut milk

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g spelt flakes, coarse
  • 1 small apple or 1 small pear
  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice or lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 120 ml hazelnut milk (hazelnut drink)
  • 1 tbsp cranberries, dried
  • 2 tbsp mulberries, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash, halve, core, and dice the apple or pear. Peel and slice the banana. Drizzle with lemon juice. Place the spelt flakes, fruit, seeds, and nut milk in bowls. Wait 5-10 minutes, then top with the dried berries and serve.
