Potato gratin with tarragon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g potatoes
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 bunch tarragon
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Peel the potatoes, slice them thinly, and arrange them in a baking dish. Finely chop the tarragon. Mix the cream with the tarragon, season generously with salt and pepper, and pour over the potatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40-50 minutes.
