Banana pizza with curry and corn

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 15 g yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 150g Gouda

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Put the flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle, add the sugar and yeast, and pour in the lukewarm milk. If you like, let the yeast rise briefly; if not, mix everything together and add oil and salt. Then knead the dough into a ball. Cover and let it rise for about 15 minutes in a warm, draft-free place. After 15 minutes, roll it out (this makes about one round pizza for one person). Slice the banana and place it on top. Drain the can of corn and scatter the corn over it. Season with curry (sparingly) and sprinkle with grated Gouda cheese at the end. Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 200°C (top and bottom heat).
