  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 80 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 70 g olives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet. Wash the spinach leaves in a sieve, roughly slice the tomatoes and dates, and halve the olives. Mix the cream cheese, crème fraîche, and milk in a bowl. Spread the crème fraîche mixture over the puff pastry. Crumble the feta cheese with your hands and spread it on top. Spread the tomatoes, dates, olives, and about 25 torn spinach leaves evenly over the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes on the middle rack. Cut the pizza in half lengthwise. Cut each half into equal-sized triangles. Distribute the pizza slices among the plates and garnish with the remaining spinach leaves. Perfect for 4 people as a snack or for 2 as a main course.
