Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 dry bread roll
- 400 g mushrooms
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 egg(s)
- chives
- e.g. breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Soak the bread roll in water. Finely dice the onions. Next, puree the mushrooms with a hand blender. Then stir in all the ingredients except the breadcrumbs. Finally, thicken the mixture with the breadcrumbs so it doesn’t spread. Add a little oil to the pan, drop the mixture into patties with a tablespoon, and fry. Enjoy!
