Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 20 small mushrooms
- lots of garlic oil, roasted
- 2 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
- 1 pinch of celery salt
- 3 pinches of onion powder
- 1 pinch(s) pepper, white
- 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
- 2 pinches of aromatics
- e.g. garlic powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Clean the mushrooms dry and trim the stems. Add enough garlic oil to a pan to come up to about 0.5 cm deep. Heat over medium heat until shimmering. Add the mushrooms and any remaining stems to the oil. After about 2 minutes, add the garlic and continue frying for several minutes until the mushrooms are lightly browned. Remove the mushrooms and season with the remaining ingredients, stir briefly, and serve.
