Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven or 200°C top/bottom heat. Wash and peel or trim the onion, bell pepper, and carrots. Chop everything into small pieces and precook in the microwave with a tablespoon of water or fry in a pan. Then add to the minced meat. Add the eggs and season to taste. Knead everything thoroughly. Spread half of the minced meat mixture into a casserole dish as the base. Cut the cabbage into thin strips, season well with salt and pepper, and knead lightly. Pour over about 200 ml of hot water, add a little Cremefine, season well, including the parsley, and knead thoroughly again. Spread over the minced meat in the casserole dish, leaving the excess liquid undisturbed. Spread the second half of the minced meat mixture on top and cover everything with halved tomato slices. Season the cream cheese with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, for example, and brush the casserole with it. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 45 minutes. Approx. 325 kcal per serving.
