Simple, affordable and delicious

This recipe is extremely simple and ideal for students because it’s quick to make, costs very little, and makes plenty of servings. Here’s how to prepare it: Boil 300 ml of water with vegetable stock, using a measuring spoon. Combine the stock with a whole package of couscous in a large salad bowl and stir. Wait two minutes. Add the entire jar of ajvar paste and stir again until the couscous has a nice, even red color. You can also add cress, minced meat, herbs, or similar ingredients. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Stir to loosen.
