Carrot salad with wheat germ

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 carrots
  • 25 g wheat germ
  • 15 g sunflower seeds
  • ¼ lemon(s), juice
  • possibly sugar or xylitol

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and finely grate the carrots, drizzle with lemon juice, and fold in the wheat germ and sunflower seeds. If you like, you can add a little sugar/xylitol. Tip: If you like it sweet, you can slice up some fruit. For a salad, grate or slice a cucumber and season with pepper, salt, balsamic vinegar, and oil. A healthy breakfast or/and a quick salad.
