Tarte flambée with leek and cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tarte flambée dough, from the refrigerated section
  • ½ stalk(s) leek
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp stock powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) nutmeg

Preheat the oven according to the package instructions for the tarte flambée batter. This is usually 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit) top/bottom heat. Pour the crème fraîche into a bowl and press in the garlic clove. Then season to taste with bouillon powder, salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg. Spread the tarte flambée batter on a baking sheet and spread with the mixture. Slice half a leek into thin rings and arrange them on the tarte flambée batter. Sprinkle the grated cheese (preferably a spicy blend) over the top and bake the tarte flambée in the oven for 15 minutes.
