Cut the dates into small pieces, place them in a medium-sized lunchbox, and mix with the chia seeds, sugar, oats, and flaked almonds. Carefully stir in the soy milk and let it sit for about 3 hours. Tip: You can save time and effort by pouring the ingredients directly into the lunchbox and mixing them there.
