Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (fusilli)
  • 1 small jar of Miracle Whip
  • 1 tbsp sweet mustard
  • 4 gherkins
  • a little cucumber juice
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • ½ can corn
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 50 g sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

perfect for barbecue parties

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and drain. Boil the eggs and then rinse. Quarter the gherkins lengthwise and cut into pieces. Slice the bell peppers into very thin strips and then dice as finely as possible. Dice the eggs as well. Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan. Mix the Miracle Whip with mustard and about 1-2 tablespoons of the pickle juice. Add the pasta and all other ingredients and mix.
