Best chocolate sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 175 g dark chocolate coating
  • 2 cl liqueur (mint liqueur or coffee liqueur)
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of coffee, strong or mild according to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pour the still-warm coffee into a saucepan and dissolve the cocoa powder. Bring to a boil, add the cinnamon, and remove from the heat. Now add the remaining ingredients and dissolve everything, preferably over steam, while stirring constantly. Pour into small bottles. Once cooled, the sauce will solidify. Simply liquefy under warm water. It will keep for several weeks.
