Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50g penne
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 6 radishes
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 50 g cheese (Gouda)
  • ½ bunch chives, chopped
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp herbs, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Cook the penne in boiling water until al dente, drain, and let cool. Meanwhile, wash, trim, and finely chop the tomatoes, radishes, and bell peppers. Cut the cheese into small pieces and place in a bowl with the penne, tomatoes, radishes, and bell peppers. Make the yogurt dressing and fold it in. Sprinkle with the chopped chives, season with salt, and pepper. Keep refrigerated and stir again before eating.
