- 3 large tomatoes
- 50g mozzarella
- 1 dash of olive oil
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- Herbs
- Sugar

Very easy if you leave out the mozzarella. Vegan, healthy, ideal for barbecue season.
Slice the tomatoes. Dice the onion and mozzarella. Combine everything in a bowl and mix lightly. Combine some water, olive oil, and the spices and herbs in a small bowl. Pour the salad dressing over the salad just before serving and toss to combine.
